Questions
Does trimming lower the quality?
Fast mode copies the video without re-encoding, so quality is identical. Frame-accurate mode re-encodes at high quality.
Why is the fast cut a little off?
Videos can only be cut without re-encoding at keyframes, usually every 1–2 seconds. Choose frame-accurate for an exact cut.
Is the video uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser on your own computer.
Can I cut out a part in the middle?
Not yet. Trim each part you want to keep, or send the footage for a full edit.
